Conditions of Use
The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on www.chunkclothing.com (the "Website") and your use of the Website itself.
You may want to print a copy of these for future reference.
Chunk is the trading name of Freshside Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (co. no 6776809, VAT no GB946464491) which is based in London, England and operates the Website. The company's head office address is at Chunk Clothing, Unit 1, Hanover Trading Estate, 1-3 North Road, London, N7 9HD and all day-to-day correspondence should be sent to this address.
In these terms "we" refers to Chunk and "you" and "your" refers to any visitor to the Website or any Chunk customer.
Prices & Currencies Accepted
All prices are shown on the Website in £ sterling (GBP). All payments which will include all taxes, delivery, shipping and handling fees must be made by via Worldpay and only cards accepted by Worldpay can make payments. Chunk can accept payment in £ sterling (GBP). All currencies will be converted to GBP (£ Sterling) and you will be liable for any exchange rate charges made by your card provider. All prices are as stated on the Website but Chunk reserves the right at any time to revise the price of goods without notice.
All goods are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. Chunk will contact you to arrange this via email the next working day.
Payment Details & Security
All payments to Chunk are handled securely by Worldpay (Internet Service Payment Providers). Worldpay accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, JCB, Eurocard and Solo (and any other card agreed by them from time to time). Payment will be debited from your card or account before the dispatch of the goods you have purchased. Upon processing a transaction, Worldpay will issue you with an electronic transaction receipt, which will be sent to the email address you provide.
Chunk does not hold your credit or debit card details as all card data is processed securely by Worldpay.
Postage and Packing
Our standard UK service is via Royal Mail's recorded delivery and we keep charges to a minimum. To deliver to an address in the UK, we charge £4.30. For the UK only, we also offer a guaranteed next day service via Royal Mail's special delivery which costs £7.15. For Europe, we charge £10.20, all on a signed for service. For any other country, again, on a signed for basis, the charge is £12.50.
Lost or Damaged Goods
In the event that any goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact us immediately either via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone on +(44) 207 609 6758
In the case of non-delivery please wait 7 working days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In case of goods received damaged or faulty please retain the goods and contact us within 7 days of receipt, whereupon we will arrange for the damaged or faulty goods to be exchanged or we will provide a refund of the cost of the goods to the card the goods were purchased on.
Returns & Refunds
Chunk is committed to providing the best customer service available. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return the unused goods to us in their original condition within 28 days of receipt.
Unfortunately, we cannot make a refund for goods which have been stained by make-up, deodorant or perfumes whist being tried on or have been damaged by you after receipt.
We will issue a refund (which will not include the costs of delivery) on receipt of unused goods. Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card on which the purchase was made. Please include the receipt and a note saying who you are and whether you want a refund or to exchange it for a different size or colour. Send this all to us at the address below in the original packaging to:

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Complaints & Queries
Should you ever have cause to make a complaint, we will use all reasonable endeavours to respond within five working days.

Protecting your Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have expressly given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.
The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number, and your email address. As we have already stated we do not collect or hold any credit /debit card information from you. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent and it is in your interests. We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information we hold about you is accurate and up to date.
If you wish, you can check the information that we hold about you at any time by emailing us and asking for details. If you find any inaccuracies we will either delete the information or correct it as required.
Chunk is unable to provide any warranties in relation to goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Supply of Good and Services Act 1994.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Chunk's Limited Liability
Except in relation to liability for death or personal injury Chunk's liability for negligence shall be limited to the total value of the transaction. Chunk will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses even if Chunk has previously been advised of the likelihood of such losses.
Availability of Website
We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that this Website does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of the Website or that any goods on the Website are in stock or available.
Intellectual Property Rights
The rights in the designs and the content of this Website are owned by Chunk and the various copyright holders. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or display any part of this site without permission. All trademarks, product names and company names or logos featured on the Website are the property of their owners.
Right to Alter Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions without notice from time to time.
These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and by using the Website you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
